Dormitory No. 3 was built in 1975. This dormitory is located in the city center, next to the academic buildings where students study and the Sports Core stadium. It is home to 350 students from the following faculties and institutes:
- Educational and Research Institute of Physics and Technology;
- Faculty of Information Technology and Mathematics;
- Educational and Research Medical Institute;
- Faculty of Physical Culture, Sports and Health.
The dormitory has all the conditions for students to live and relax.
