During the last week of March, Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University hosted Career Forum 2025, a large-scale event bringing together students from all faculties with the representatives of leading companies and organisations.

Thus, the students had a unique opportunity to meet with the speakers represented by employers delivering interesting and informative lectures, sharing their own experience, talking about current trends in the labour market, and showing career growth opportunities. In addition, the students learned about the peculiarities of work in various fields.
The forum covered a wide range of professional areas from IT and engineering to economics, marketing, medicine, law, and the humanities. Each faculty organised meetings with the representatives of the industries most relevant for its students. Due to this, the future specialists received not only theoretical information, but also real cases and success stories from market leaders.

The students had an opportunity to talk to company representatives, ask questions about internships, employment, and requirements for young professionals. Many found new prospects for themselves and established important professional contacts.

Also, master classes, workshops, and panel discussions were held within the framework of Career Forum. Participants had the opportunity to try their hand at role-playing games on interview simulations, learn more about the prospects of remote work and international employment. Some companies even offered the students an opportunity to submit resumes for open vacancies right during the event.

Career Forum has already become a traditional event at our University attracting more and more interested participants every year. We are sincerely grateful to all speakers and partners for their active participation, valuable knowledge, and useful contacts that will make a significant contribution to the professional future of our students. We wish you success in your professional development and look forward to seeing everyone at Career Forum next year!
