On September 26, 2024, Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University and Vasyl Stus Donetsk National University signed a cooperation agreement.
Due to the war events in Ukraine, Vasyl Stus Donetsk National University is temporarily located in Vinnytsia. The contract was signed by Rector of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University Anatolii Tsos and Rector of Vasyl Stus Donetsk National University Ilya Khadzhynov.
The main purpose of the agreement is to establish cooperation to improve the professional level of specialists in social, humanitarian and economic spheres, as well as the implementation of the academic mobility programme with the possibility of studying under joint programmes and obtaining a diploma from a partner university or a double diploma from both institutions. Signing of the partnership agreement opens up new opportunities and beneficial cooperation to strengthen the resources of the scientific potential of both higher education institutions.
