A good tradition has become the fruitful cooperation of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University with the Institute of the Ukrainian Language of Ukraine and the T.H. Shevchenko Institute of Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Joint projects were embodied in numerous scientific-theoretical and scientific-practical conferences, preparation of joint publications, improvement of qualifications, exchange of scientific and pedagogical personnel, and more. It is difficult to calculate the number of successfully defended candidate’s and doctoral theses of Lesya’s University teachers in academic research institutions of Ukraine.
To take alone the value of the recent implementation of a joint project of the largest Volyn higher education institution in cooperation with the best scientists of Ukraine and the T.H. Shevchenko Institute of Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, when on the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Lesya Ukrainka, a complete uncensored academic collection of the writer’s works was successfully prepared and published in 14 volumes. In the anniversary year of 2021, the aforementioned institutions also jointly held the International Scientific Symposium “Lesya Ukrainka: Personality, Nation, World” with the participation of the world’s best forest scholars.
The war against russia should not stand in the way of the implementation of further important initiatives, that is why rector Anatolii Tsos initiated the signing of agreements on cooperation with academic research
The other day, Rector of Lesya’s University concluded such an agreement with the T.H. Shevchenko Institute of Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine represented by the Director, a well-known scholar, political and public figure, our institution’s friend, academician Mykola Zhulynskyi.
Therefore, joint conferences, symposia, seminars, round tables, literary readings, and literary studies will continue to be held. It is necessary to think about the future of Ukrainian science, therefore training of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel will be carried out.
