The people of Volyn defending the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine at the frontline, received help from Lesya Ukrainka University. Rector Anatolii Tsos paid a volunteer visit to the compatriots.
The units of the 14th Separate Mechanised Brigade named after Prince Roman the Great and the 100th Separate Brigade of Territorial Defense Forces successfully conduct combat operations and defend their homeland from the enemy at the frontline. Volyn warriors received 16 quadcopters from the University community, including DJI MAVIC 3T Thermal and DJI MAVIC 3E Enterprise, two charging stations with batteries sets for quadcopters, as well as goodies from their small Motherland.
The military thanked the head of the University and the team of Lesya Ukrainka University for regular support and assistance.
Anatolii Tsos appealed to Volyn community and all Ukrainians constantly working and helping our soldiers. «Drones save lives. This happens by destroying the enemies even at the approaches of our defense, even before direct fire contact. 16 drones were purchased and handed over to the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the funds of students, lecturers, and employees of Lesya Ukrainka University. This is too much for the University and too little for the defence. Therefore, the maximum number of drones should be given to the soldiers. If you are hesitating, not knowing what to send to the frontline, send drones and together we will win!» – said Anatolii Vasyliovych.
