In accordance with the Procedure for awarding the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, a Specialized Academic Board DF 32.051.004 in specialty 053 «Psychology» held a meeting, where Iryna Onopchenko presented her dissertation «Early Maladaptive Schemes as a Factor in Teachers’ Workaholism». The author presented interesting results on the problem of workaholics and clearly defined the limit beyond which workaholism from a successful behavioral coping strategy turns into addictive behavior, significantly impairing the psychological well-being of teachers and their quality of life.
