A solemn graduation ceremony for foreign students was held at Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University.
On July 13, Rector of Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University Anatoli Tsos awarded certificates of higher education to foreigners. This year, four foreign students graduated from Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University: Dontoh Maame Efua from Ghana and Nambili Linda Ndagalako did bachelor degrees at the Faculty of International Relations. Algerian Lakehal Mohamed El Amin, who studied at the Faculty of Information Systems, Physics and Mathematics, received a bachelor degree, and Alrikik Mohammed Amhimmid Abrahim, who also studied at this faculty, did his Master degree.
“Congratulations on taking an important step in your life – graduation. Let the knowledge you have gained at our university be useful and bring you only benefits,” said the Rector during the presentation of educational documents to the graduates.
The graduates also wanted to say a few words to the Rector and their teachers.
"First of all, I want to thank you for organizing such an award of diplomas. We were very surprised and pleased that we were awarded diplomas in this way. We are also grateful to the university, where it was difficult to study, but with the help of lecturers we managed. I am very grateful to all teachers who taught me," said Nambili Linda Ndagalako.
Alrikik Mohammed Amhimmid Abrahim, a Master-graduate of the Faculty of Information Systems, Physics and Mathematics, also thanked the university lecturers for education and promised to tell about Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University and promote it among his compatriots.
In addition, foreign graduates discussed problematic issues related to education and living with the Rector. The Rector listened to all graduates’ offers and pieces of advice and promised to resolve the issues.
