On April 15, 2025, a guest lecture “Experience of a recruitment agency in the Czech Republic and the features of using the Pamica 2025 HR IS” was held at the Faculty of Economics and Management for applicants of the first, second and third levels of higher education in the specialty D3 Management, which was also joined by employees of the Department of Management. Lecturer – Olha Volodymyrivna Karytyak, payroll accountant of the Czech company “AU-GEN Agentura s.r.o.” (Prague).
In the first part of the lecture, Ms. Olga spoke about the features of the activities of Czech employment agencies, working conditions and remuneration, which are prescribed in contracts. In addition, she compared payroll taxation in Ukraine and the Czech Republic.
The questions of the listeners concerned deductions and accruals on wages; features of cooperation with employers and employees; the most popular vacancies among Ukrainians; recognition of Ukrainian diplomas abroad; cross-cultural interaction in Czech organizations; availability of bank data of Ukrainians in the Czech Republic for the bodies of the State Tax Service of Ukraine; methods of receiving wages; bonuses, etc.
The lecture was informative, interesting, and relevant.
The guest lecture took place based on the agreements reached during the stay of Professor of the Department of Management Olesia Totska in Prague in October 2024 at a workshop organized by the French Center for Research in the Humanities and Social Sciences (CEFRES).
