Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University (LUEENU) and Volyn Medical Institute (VMI) have launched The Psychosocial Support for Healthcare Staff During Epidemics and Pandemics joint project. The project is funded by the European Union and the British Council in Ukraine within the framework of strengthening the cross-sectional collaboration for social solidarity programme.
Larysa Zasiekina, Vice-Rector for Research and International Affairs, Director of the Ukrainian Psychotrauma Center at LUEENU as the leader of the project held a meeting with Tetiana Pastryk, Acting Rector of VMI, and Tetiana Hordovska, clinical psychologist at LUEENU to discuss the main phases of the project, in particular the implementation of the module for healthcare staff’s resilience during pandemic time. The project is to be implemented at VMI with healthcare staff in Volyn Oblast.
