An intellectual Mind Game was held at the University. The event was organised by Lesya Ukrainka University and the Ihor Palytsa Foundation “Only Together”.
The representatives of 16 teams met in the intellectual battle, the participants of which were the students of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, Lutsk Pedagogical College, Vocational College of Technology, Business and Law of Lesya Ukrainka University, Volyn Vocational College of National Technical University and Technical Vocational College of National Technical University.
During the ceremonial opening of the competition, Anatolii Tsos noted that Lesya University prioritises the quality of education, the best scientific and methodological support for this activity, and student-centricity. Rector also wished the participants good luck and victory.
It is worth noting that the game was dedicated to Lesya Ukrainka. The main part of questions concerned her life and work. The game consisted of nine rounds, between which the most active participating student received souvenir gifts from Ihor Palytsa Foundation “Only Together”.
As a result, the team of the Lutsk Pedagogical College “Hope of Spring” took third place, the team of the Faculty of Information Technologies and Mathematics “Pythagorics” won second place, and the team of the Student Council of Lesya Ukrainka University “Dobby” became the winner of the intellectual battle.
Prize winners received bilingual editions of Lesya Ukrainka’s play “Forest Song” and intellectual board games for educational institutions.
