On November 17, a bilateral agreement was signed between Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University and the Warsaw School of Economics (Szkoła Główna Handlowa w Warszawie), one of the oldest and most prestigious state economic institutions of higher education in Poland.
Various forms of cooperation in the field of education and science were agreed upon during the meeting by Rector Anatolii Tsos with representatives of the Warsaw School of Economics. A plan of joint activities of the two higher education institutions to improve the quality of education, strengthen student interaction, participation in joint scientific projects and more aspects were outlined. To the promising areas of cooperation belong exchange programmes for students and lecturers.
In addition, Rector Anatolii Tsos, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and International Cooperation Liudmyla Yelisieieva and Analyst of Consolidated Information of the Rector’s Office Marta Sydoruk participated in an event held by business partners of the higher education institution and visited the book collection, to get the Ukrainian delegation acquainted with the peculiarities digitialisation of library work, etc.
