Based on prior negotiations and visits, Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University and Rennes II University concluded a bilateral cooperation agreement. This document provides terms for cooperation on a mutual basis in the field of research; participation in joint research projects; academic mobility for students and teachers; joint scientific supervision of graduate students and more. Activities in the areas of technology transfer, exchange of library resources and publications, and participation in joint conferences will be important points of interaction between the higher education institutions.
We express our gratitude to the Professor of the Department of General and Clinical Psychology Larysa Zasekinia and the Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Philology Larysa Makaruk for establishing this cooperation.
Concluding an additional agreement on student exchange between universities gained importance. The cooperation with the Faculty of Foreign Philology is a priority in this direction. Previously, the faculty has conducted a competitive selection of students to participate in mobility with the University of Rennes II. According to the results of the selection, Maria Datsyshyn and Yanina Mishchuk studying at the PEP “Language and Literature (French). Translation”, are the recommended participants. Therefore, since September 5, the students have been staying in France and started their studies at the University of Rennes II.
We wish the students of the Faculty of Foreign Philology of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University a successful implementation of academic mobility!
