Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University continues to actively support our militaries whom our higher educational institution owes ability to work and provide quality services. It is symbolic that regular aid to the Heroes was handed over today, October 14, on the Day of Defenders of Ukraine.
The meeting with the servicemen of the 204th Sevastopol Tactical Aviation Brigade named after Oleksandr Pokryshkin was attended by Rector of the Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University Anatolii Tsos, Vice-Rector for Educational Work and Communication Nataliia Blahovirna, Deputy Dean for Educational work of the Faculty of History, Political Science and National Security Ivan Rudianyn and Maksym Pyvovarchuk, Head of the Student Council.
The representatives of the University handed over burners and gas cylinders to the Heroes as heating devices in the war zone. It was possible to purchase basic necessities thanks to the joint efforts of Lesya’s people, including the student authorities.
“If any help is needed, we are ready to help in every way possible,” Anatolii Tsos summed up. Rector casually congratulated the defenders on the holiday, wished them good health, a peaceful sky and the Victory.
he servicemen thanked for the help and noted that the burners and gas cylinders would definitely be helpful.
