The delegation of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University visited Sarny, Rivne region. The working visit took place on November 27.
Lesya’s people, led by Anatolii Tsos, held a series of constructive meetings, signing agreements and outlining their implementation. In particular, Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University concluded a memorandum of cooperation with Sarny City Council. The document was signed by Mayor Ruslan Serpeninov and Rector Anatolii Tsos.
The University scientists will be involved in the development of joint projects, the University and the City Council will jointly work on the implementation of developments in the economy and the humanitarian sphere, and the organisation of events. In addition, Lesya’s people will be involved in the study of public opinion through social surveys. The City Council will also promote the establishment of contacts between the students and graduates of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University with potential employers.
Rector Anatolii Tsos thanked Ruslan Serpeninov for the meeting and constructive conversation, noting the importance of cooperation between a higher education institution and local self-government bodies. After that, the University delegation visited a number of local educational institutions.
Lesya’s people met with lecturers and students. As a result of the meetings, agreements on cooperation were reached.
