On April 10, the LUEENU Research Council (RC) Meeting was provided on the online platform of the University`s web portal Office - 365, in Microsoft Teams program. Microsoft Teams is the chat-based workspace in Office 365 that has several advantages:
▪ Security and high level of data protection. The program provides the comprehensive protection as well as confidentiality and data collection, following the principle requirements for data processing and dissemination;
▪ Quality. The program provides high-quality audio and video connection, as well as the screen sharing function;
▪ Maximum technical capacities. The capacity of sharing context and content accessibility;
▪ Online meetings for 10,000 participants. The capacity of individual and group video for organizing events.
Therefore, each member of the RC had remote access to the agenda of the RC Meeting, using their own device, as well as the opportunity to participate in the agenda issues for discussion. As a result of joint work, all issues of agenda were approved.
The RC adopted a decision to hold the next meetings in the same format.
