On September 29, on the eve of Education Workers’ Day, another meeting of the Academic Council of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University took place.
Rector Anatolii Tsos congratulated the lecturers on their professional holiday and expressed his sincere thanks for their difficult, but high-quality and productive work, attention and patience to adolescents, willingness to help them find themselves, reveal their own talents.
Therefore, for the successful implementation of the initiatives of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, the Head of the Department of Education and Science of the Volyn Regional State Administration, Lyudmyla Plahotna, was awarded a golden badge.
Besides, for a significant contribution to the development of education, the training of highly qualified specialists, fruitful scientific and pedagogical activity, high professionalism, honourary diplomas of the Department of Education and Science of the Volyn Regional State Administration were awarded to the Associate Professor of the Department of Social Work and Pedagogy of the higher school Olena Bielkina-Kovalchuk, the Head of the Department of Special and Inclusive Education Iryna Kuzava, the Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Primary Education Tetiana Zdikhovska, Senior Laboratory Assistant of the Department of General Pedagogy and Preschool Education Inessa Bohdan.
Andrii Poruchynskyi, the Dean of the Medical Faculty, was awarded the badge of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine; diplomas of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine received the Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Philology Larysa Makaruk, the Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry, Ecology and Pharmacy Larysa Marushko, the Senior Lecturer of the Department of Music Oleksandr Holoshchuk.
