On September 14, a meeting of the Council of Young Scientists took place in the conference hall of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University participated by the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and International Cooperation Liudmyla Eliseieva and representatives of faculties. Those present discussed the achievements of the council members and the prospects for further scientific progress.
On this day, the activities of the Council of Young Scientists were focused on important current issues: outlining the prospects of the University’s scientific activity, ways to intensify research work, the conditions and procedure for holding a competition for a scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and a State named scholarship for the best young scientist to perpetuate the events of the Revolution of Dignity and honouring the feat of the Heroes of Ukraine, the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, as well as the importance of creating and developing a researcher’s scientific profile in ORCID, Google Academy, ResearchGate, and more. Attention was also focused on compliance with the principles of academic integrity, which is an unalienable condition for ensuring the quality of higher education.
The start of preparations for the International Conference of Young Scientists, Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students “Actual Problems of the Development of Natural Sciences and Humanities” has been announced.
