In March, the students and lecturers of the Faculty of International Relations participated in a number of events of national and patriotic education.
Thus, within the scope of the cooperation agreement with the "Lutsk Lyceum No. 28 of the Lutsk City Council" communal general secondary education institution, a public lecture was held by director Mykola Yevtushyn about the difficult path to Ukraine's Independence through the prism of modern history. The interactive event gathered more than 80 students having the opportunity to learn firsthand about the situation in the east.
The project of training military instructors for secondary school education has been launched, in which the students have been actively participating under the leadership of lecturer Nazarii Shuliak. The training programme includes various aspects of military training: the basics of handling weapons, combat tactics, premedical and first aid on the battlefield, self-defense, terrain orientation, camouflage, quadrocopter control, rope crossing, teamwork, physical training, and more. Also, our colleague Maya Zhulinska’s husband handed over the flag of the 14th OMBr (2nd Mechanised Battalion of the 2nd Mortar Battery) to the Faculty of International Relations with thanks for the help to the military. We believe in our Victory! Glory to Ukraine and its Heroes!
