The structure of the Lithuanian higher educational institution comprises three faculties: business, technology and medicine. One day of the week was devoted to the presentation of each of them. The participants had the opportunity to learn the structure and organisation of educational process, visit educational laboratories and practical centres.
All events were united by a common theme, the mental health of employees of higher education institutions. The participants were invited to attend various events in the context of the programme: art therapy, yoga, breathing practices, emotional intelligence training.
However, the main purpose of the trip was teaching. Olga Andriichuk and Yuliia Hrudzevych had the opportunity to deliver lectures to students on topics that are interesting and useful for students, regardless of the country in which they live and study.
