Social scholarships in the amount and procedure determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine are paid to the following categories of students:
1) orphans and children deprived of parental care (until graduation) (download the application form);
2) persons entitled to receive a social scholarship in accordance with Articles 20-22 and 30 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Status and Social Protection of Citizens Affected by the Chornobyl Disaster” (children under 18 years of age - only if one of the parents has category I (if deceased - I, II, III), and after 18 years of age - all persons (if they have a Chornobyl ADULT certificate). Until the child's Chornobyl certificate expires. If you have an adult Chornobyl certificate - until graduation (download the application form);
3) miners with at least three years of underground work experience. Children whose parents are miners with at least 15 years of underground work experience in accordance with Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine “On Increasing the Prestige of Mining Labor (until graduation) (download the application form);
4) persons recognized as participants of the anti-terrorist operation (until graduation); children of persons recognized as participants of the anti-terrorist operation (until graduation, but not longer than until they reach the age of 23) (download the application form);
5) persons with a disability as a result of war, children of persons with a disability as a result of war (until graduation, but not longer than until they reach the age of 23) (download the application form);
6) children whose parent was killed (missing) in the area of the anti-terrorist operation, hostilities or armed conflicts or died as a result of injury, contusion or mutilation sustained in the area of the anti-terrorist operation, hostilities or armed conflicts, as well as as a result of an illness sustained while participating in the anti-terrorist operation (until graduation, but not longer than until they reach the age of 23) (download the application form);
7) children of deceased combatants or persons with disabilities as a result of war (one of the parents did not die but died after the ATO) (until graduation from such an institution, but not longer than until they reach 23 years of age) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Status of War Veterans, Guarantees of Their Social Protection” (download the application form);
8) students registered as internally displaced persons (until graduation, but not longer than until they reach the age of 23) (download the application form);
9) children with disabilities and persons with disabilities of groups I-III (until graduation) (download the application form);
10) students from families that receive assistance in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On State Social Assistance to Low-Income Families” (if there is a certificate that the family has the status of low-income), REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN IN THE FAMILY (until graduation) (download the application form).
To receive a social scholarship, students must apply to Tetiana Kulyk, an authorized person responsible for awarding social scholarships.
