The young people could gain better understanding of the issues regarding the payment of scholarships, social scholarships and social allowances. “There will be a meeting of the competition commission in the near future, and we hope that a large part of the students who are still studying on a contract basis will be transferred to the budget,” said Anatolii Tsos.

The second part of the meeting was devoted to psychological support and advice for the students. Tetiana Kulyk, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, a practical psychologist of the Department of Youth Policy and Social Work told the students about the signs and phases of a stressful state and behavior strategies in such a state. During the event, Tetiana Mykolaivna taught young people to form personal responsibility for their own life, health and emotions. The participants of the educational process learned how to prevent distress, increase the level of stress resistance, and most importantly, change internal attitudes about responding to stressful situations.

An important aspect of the meeting was the acquisition of knowledge about the formation of practical self-regulation skills. The students learned that if necessary, they can contact a psychologist for a free psychological consultation at Voli Avenue, 13, Lesya Ukrainka University’s main building, Room 134. Finally, some student leisure issues were discussed.
