After that, the chaplain, priest Mykhailo Buchak, a person often seen on the front line and helping the Warriors with prayer and volunteer work, addressed the audience. He told Lesya’s people about his own experience of communication with the military on the topic of faith and religion: «Even in war, God tries to help and give understanding of faith. These are very important things.»
In addition, the priest warmly spoke about Ruslan Kashaiuk, his spirituality and service to God. «The pictures and icons that Ruslan paints are what he had in his heart and what he tries to convey on canvas. The speaking paintings are important things,» said Mykhailo Buchak. After that, the visitors honoured the fallen Heroes and prayed for the Defenders.
