On September 20–21, 2024, Savat French Boxing World Cup took place in Austria, the city of Weitz, in the Assault and Comba divisions. The students of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University also participated in the competition. More than 180 athletes from 13 countries of the world came to the World Cup.
The Ukrainian national team showed the following results:
– graduate student Anastasia Konovalchuk – 1st place (-56 kg, Asso);
– first-year student of Faculty of Physical Culture, Sports and Health Nazar Kostiuk – 1st place (-75 kg, Comba).
