The Students of Faculty of Economics and Management received a document on education under the “Double Diploma” programme between Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University and Jan Dlugosz University in Częstochowa. In our institution, they studied on Specialty 072 Finance, Banking and Insurance, and Specialty “Economics” in the Polish institution. The ceremony took place on September 12.
During the event, Rector Anatolii Tsos thanked his colleagues from Jan Dlugos University in Częstochowa emphasizing a good cooperation between the institutions of higher education. “It’s nice that our students can learn on two educational programmes simultaneously, be competitive specialists in Ukraine and the EU,” he said.
Lyudmyla Yelisieieva, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and International Cooperation, said that she knows the students from lecturing position. She noted that the presentation of a document on education under the “Double Diploma” programme is an important event not only for female students, but also for the university. Lyudmyla Yelisieieva summed up the features of the international work of the higher education institution and mentioned the students' academic mobility.
“We are proud of you and that you have gone through this path. You were praised in Poland and were among best students there. This brings us satisfaction and motivation,” said Head of Department of Finance, Olena Stashchuk.
Associate Professor of Department of Finance, project coordinator Olena Ivashko said that together with the students she made the journey from the beginning to the thesis. “It was not easy, but worth it,” she summed up and wished not to stop and believe one’s own strengths.
In the end, the document about education was received by: Anastasiia Zvirko, Kateryna Matviichuk, Lidiia Khmeliarska, Ivanna Kuzmych, Tetyana Zyniuk, Yana Yakymuk.
