Vice-Marshal of the Lublin Voivodeship Zbigniew Wojciechowski visited Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University. The meeting took place on January 27.
The meeting was attended by: Rector Anatolii Tsos, Vice-Rectors Nataliia Blahovirna and Ihor Chulipa, Rectorєs Assistant Tetiana Rospopa, Head of the International Relations Office Vladyslav Kolomeichiuk, Head of the Department of Ukrainian Literature Viktor Yaruchyk.
“I am glad to welcome you to our glorious Lesya Ukrainka University. I am convinced that cooperation with Polish colleagues is a strategic task for us. International cooperation is very important for the development of the University. We are as open as possible to this,” Anatolii Tsos summed up, and later talked about the university.
Zbigniew Wojciechowski announced the transfer of aid to the University to be delivered shortly to Lutsk. Also, Vice-Marshal of Lublin Voivodeship spoke about the help of the Polish side to the Ukrainians and asked in about possible cooperation areas between the Voivodeship and Lesya Ukrainka University.
Rector Anatolii Tsos noted that the University is interested in cooperation concerning the development of the medical faculty and also invited Zbigniew Wojciechowski to join the celebration of Lesya Ukrainka’s birthday.
