A graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education, Sports and Health, a Ukrainian mountain biker, Yana Belomoina from Volyn won a silver medal at the tournament in Vrtojba, Slovenia.
The athlete competed in the cross-country discipline in the elite category and won a silver medal, losing only about a minute to the host of the competition and the winner of the 2013 World Cup Tanya Jacquel and having outperformed the Czech sportsman Karl Štepanov.
Congratulations to the athlete and her coach! We wish further achievements to both!
