Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University representatives visited the Medical Centre for the Rehabilitation of Combatants where defenders of Ukraine are undergoing rehabilitation in Lutsk.
Rector Anatolii Tsos together with Vice-Rector for Education and Communication Nataliia Blahovirna and Associate Professor of the Department of History and Culture of the Ukrainian Language Iryna Levchuk congratulated the servicepersons undergoing treatment and rehabilitation on the Day of Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The University representatives contributed to the formation of the small library of the medical institution, donating artistic and motivational books. Gift books had been collected by the employees and students of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University at the initiative of representatives of the Faculty of Philology and Journalism. The defenders were also treated to sweets.
Also, Head of the Rehabilitation Department Vitalii Libernyi conducted a tour for Anatolii Vasyliovych of the Medical Centre for the Rehabilitation of Combatants.
During the meeting with the military and medics, Rector promised to pay a visit to the medical institution with a small concert by the “Dyvostruny” female bandurists trio.
It is worth noting that the University cooperates with the medical institution within the framework of the relevant agreement, so this is not the first visit of Lesya’s people to the Medical Centre for the Rehabilitation of Combatants.
Previously, Anatolii Tsos spoke with representatives of the administration of the Rehabilitation Centre about the prospects of cooperation between the institutions. Rector had a conversation with the military personnel about the possibility of studying at the University.
