Was born on July 12, 1970, in Lutsk. Has graduated from Lutsk Secondary School No18. From 1987 to 1992 has graduated the Lesya Ukrainka Lutsk State Pedagogical Institute, the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Geography. Since was appointed to the position of Assistant Professor of the Department of Ecology and Production Safety of Lutsk State Technical University. In 1996, during the postgraduate studies, has supported the PhD thesis. Since 1997 has worked as an Associate professor at the Department of Economics and Production Management of Lutsk State Technical University. From 2002 to 2005 has been a Doctoral Student at the Institute of Regional Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Lviv). Then was appointed to the position of Associate professor of the Department of International Economic Relations at the Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University.
In 2007, has supported the thesis for a degree of Doctor in Economics on: «Organizational and Institutional Foundations of Sustainable Spatial Development of the Region» in the specialty 08.00.05 – Productive Forces Development and Regional Economy. During 2007-2019 – a Professor, Head of the Department of International Economic Relations and Project Management at the Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University. 2010-2013 – a Member of the Specialized Academic Council K 47.104.03 at the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering (Rivne). 2011-2014 – a Member of the Expert Council of the Department of Personnel Certification of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. From 2012 to 2015 – a Professor at the Pope John Paul II High School in Biała Podlaska (Republic of Poland).
From 2014 – till now – a Member of the Specialized Academic Council D 35.154.01 at the «Dolishniy Institute of Regional Research of NAS of Ukraine». From 2016 to present – a Chairman of the Specialized Academic Council K 32.051.06 at the Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University.
2016 - 2019 – Coordinator of the Jean Monnet Modul «EU Project Management»/ Erasmus + Program.
Since March 2019 was appointed to the position of Vice-Rector for Scientific-Pedagogical Work and International Relations.
The teaching courses: «Management of International Projects and Programs», «Methodology of Economic Science», «Regulation of International Economic Relations», «Methodology of Project Management», «Methodology of International Economic Research». Scientist is a supervisor of students` works, Master's and Doctoral theses.
The problems of managing projects and programs for the development of regions and territorial communities, European integration and international cooperation have been exploring by the researcher. She is the scientific leader of the state budget themes: «Euroregion Bug: preconditions and strategic priorities of sustainable spatial development», «Euroregion Bug: market transformation in conditions of interregional integration», «Innovative forms of business activation in the context of European integration», «Regional markets of European integration: mechanisms of competition and convergence».
The scientist is the author of more than 206 scientific papers, including more than 15 monographs and 8 co-authored text editions. 15 Phd in Economics have been prepared by her able direction.
The researcher is the Chairman of the Volyn Regional Branch of the All-Ukrainian Non-Governmental Organization «Ukrainian Association of International Economists» and the NGO «Institute of Cross-Border Initiatives»; the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal «Economics and Development»; academician of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine by the specialties of «Regional Economics», «International Economics», also the member of the Academy of Sciences of the Higher School of Ukraine.
