The Voluntary Movement at Volyn National University named after Lesya Ukrainka is a voluntary, non-profit association of higher education students studying at the university and consists of students, postgraduates and doctoral students who have common interests in the realization of goals and objectives.

The main goal of the volunteer movement is to promote the consolidation of conscious and active education seekers for the realization and protection of cultural, social and other common rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of its members. For the sake of the development of volunteer activities and education of universal human values, such as kindness, compassion, respect, tolerance, readiness to help. Support and help those who need it.

The main tasks of the volunteer movement are:

- involvement of students in volunteer and charity activities;

- implementation of charity projects and events at the university, city or region.

- conducting and organizing numerous charity events, fairs, quests, cultural and artistic events, etc.;

- to contribute to the creation of a positive image and reputation of volunteer activities in the general public;

- to ensure proper regulation of volunteer activities;

- to assign to each member of the volunteer movement the type of activity that suits him best;

– to provide assistance to students and/or university employees;

- promote a healthy lifestyle;

- other areas of activity that do not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine and regulations on the University's activities.
