Culinary Master Class from Italians

On April 4, within the scope of cooperation on studentsє internships, a master class on pasta preparation and catering was held in the restaurant. The event was organised by the Faculty of Geography together with the Vocational College of Technology, Business and Law of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University and the “Mediterranean Union of Chefs” Association (Foggia, Italy).

The master class was conducted by Head of the Association Paolo Brescia and his assistants Andrii Sadovyi and Yelyzaveta. The students were introduced to the types of pasta and the technology of its preparation. The students had the opportunity to prepare the dish themselves making the dough for the pasta by themselves. The students also managed to improve their knowledge and skills in setting the table according to Italian standards.
